Chasewood - FY2023 Local Drainage Program

This Project focused on comprehensive resurfacing and structural improvement of deteriorated roadways within the Edgebrook area. Scope of work included milling and overlay, pavement repairs, curb and gutter replacements, and drainage enhancements to improve roadway durability and safety.
Independence Heights - FY2023 Local Drainage Program
This project involved the implementation of drainage improvements in the Independence Heights area. The work included upgrading and installing stormwater drainage systems to mitigate flooding, enhance water flow, and improve drainage infrastructure. Tasks involved excavation, pipe installation, grading, and other civil works to address local drainage issues and ensure proper water management.
Dallas - FY2023 DR-045 Residential Complex Foundation
For this project, we prepared and poured the foundations for a new residential living complex. This included site excavation, soil compaction, formwork installation, and ensuring proper alignment and level for the foundation. The Slab on Grade concrete pour was executed with precision to meet structural specifications, followed by finishing to provide a solid, durable base for the construction of the complex.
Wilcrest - FY2023 Roadway Rehabilitation Project
This project goal was to enhance the roadway infrastructure along Wilcrest Dr, spanning across Briar Forest Dr to Westheimer Road. The scope of work included removing and replacing deteriorated pavement and installing new concrete panels to improve road strength and longevity. Additionally, upgrades such as ADA-compliant curb ramps and drainage improvements were implemented to increase safety and accessibility.
Navigation - FY2023 Roadway Rehabilitation Project
The project involved replacing damaged concrete road panels in a high-traffic area frequently used by heavy transport. Improvements included pavement restoration, drainage enhancements, curb, sidewalk, and driveway upgrades to increase durability, safety, and traffic flow, ensuring the roadway withstands heavy vehicle loads.
West Fuqua - FY2024 Intersection and Sidewalk Improvements
The project focused on enhancing pedestrian infrastructure and civil planning along West Fuqua St. Key aspects of the project included the installation of new, ADA-compliant sidewalks, pedestrian ramps, and crosswalks. The project also involved road resurfacing and the strategic layout of pedestrian pathways to improve accessibility, safety, and overall mobility for foot traffic.
Milby - FY2024 WBS No. N-321040-45-4
The Milby project involved extensive site work, including replacing driveways, excavating and regrading ditches, and installing stormwater management systems. Additionally also, the installation of STM pipes and inlets to ensure proper stormwater flow, followed by sodding to restore the affected areas. The work was aimed at improving drainage and surface integrity for the property.
Edgebrook - Crack Sealant Street Repair
To address pavement deterioration, the AP2 repair team performed crack sealing maintenance on the Edgebrook area streets. This process involved identifying and cleaning cracks in the asphalt, applying a high-quality sealant to prevent water infiltration, and ensuring long-term protection of the road surface. The maintenance enhances road safety, improves durability, and extends the lifespan of the street infrastructure.
Wilcrest Dr - Pavement Marking Re Stripping
The AP2 striping team completed the Wilcrest Dr's street striping maintenance, which included re-striping existing road lines and applying new pavement markings. Additionally, road traffic reflectors were installed along Wilcrest Drive to enhance visibility and improve safety. This work aimed to ensure proper traffic flow and compliance with road regulations, ultimately improving road conditions for drivers.
